Store Development:

We provide demographics and prism profiling that eliminates a lot of the guess work of choosing the store location.  In so doing, we are targeting you location to our primary customer base.

We assist with negotiating your Lease Proposal

We provide preliminary architectural store drawings and a fixture floor plan.

We assist with dealing with your General Contractor.


Equipment and Supplies:

We provide assistance in everything you need to open your Paper Affair store, such as Fixtures and Equipment, a Point of Sale and Purchase Order Management System, Operating Forms, In store Signing, and Store Launch Kit.


Training and Support:

We provide 10 days of training for you and your managers.  The first 5 days are a combination of class room training and in store training. The other 5 days of training is to assist you and your staff at the time you open your store.

We will also assist you with Best Practices in Merchandising and how best to Market Your Store for your Grand Opening and continued growth.

One of our Operational Managers and Director of Visual Presentation will provide on site assistance the week of your Grand Opening. 


Merchandising:

We create your Initial Store Inventory Orders and assist thereafter by providing Seasonal Merchandise Assortment Plans as well as ongoing monthly assortment recommendations. Such orders asre done for "basics and fashion theme presentations".

We also provide state of the art Off-Set Printing in our Corporate Offices for your clientele with guranteed quality and exceptional turn around time.

Operations:

We provide "Best Practices" in Financial Planning at the Classification Level, maintaining Open to Buy by class on a monthly basis, Inventory Management Controll, and Target Marketing techniques.
