Returns

Paper Affair takes pride in providing the very best quality and service. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise for any reason, we would like to know about it as soon as possible.

Non-personalized goods may be returned within 30 days of original receipt of product for a full refund or exchange. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition.

Seasonal / holiday merchandise may be returned up until 14 days before the particular holiday.

Discounted, Clearance or Special Offer sales are final and may not be returned.

Shipping / Freight charges are non-refundable.

Packages shipped from Paper Affair headquarters will contain a packing slip with the above return policies outlined and instructions on what to do in the event you wish to return items. Shipments to you direct from parties other than Paper Affair will not have this packing slip.

Returnable items (as outlined above) may also be returned to a Paper Affair store location with the packing slip for a refund to the original credit card. Please bring the credit card with you at the time of the return. If you do not have the packing slip, a store credit is issued.
