Our professional typesetters are trained to review all typesets for spelling, grammar and, in some cases, etiquette. However, we cannot guarantee that we will always catch errors, especially the spelling of proper names. Therefore, prior to submitting your order, please review your wording carefully. We require that you review and approve a proof of any Paper Affair printed item, which we produce free of charge. We strongly encourage you to request a proof for items printed by our 3rd party vendors.

Errors that are clearly the fault of Paper Affair will be rectified immediately and we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.

If an order requiring reprinting is not the fault of our company, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and in most cases, offer discounted reprint fees.
