Ordering
Ordering product on our site is a very simple process. After you choose your item and select
any necessary personalization details, you can move straight into checkout and order confirmation.

Begin your order on the Product Detail page. Red starred items are required fields. Select the quantity
you would like to order. If personalization is available and needed on the item, select the printing
method here. Click Continue to proceed.

On the next screen, if the item you selected does not require personalizing, it be displayed as added to
My Basket and you may continue shopping or move onto checkout.

If personalization is available and needed on the item, a different screen will appear. From here you will
customize your item by selecting elements, including but not limited to, ink color, font, motif, monogram,
envelope lining, etc. You will also enter your wording here. If you have a preference on whether our
typesetters follow your entered wording exactly or adjust according to what looks and sounds best, i
ndicate so on this page.
A running total will appear at the bottom.
Personalization tips geared towards the item you’re working on as well as a link to our Live Help tool
is available on this screen.
Follow through the steps to personalize related items such as the outer envelope, reply card, etc.
Click Continue to proceed.
Also, a new “bread-crumb” trail is viewable above the ordering details. At anytime during the order
process, you would like to start over, select that option from the “bread-crumb” line.

The final personalized order item screen will display the item(s) as added to My Basket and from this point, you
may modify the last item added, continue shopping or move onto checkout.
