Q Who does your printing?

A We do! But we certainly DO NOT use laser or ink jet printers. We‘ve maintained our own printing facility in Atlanta, Georgia for over 15 years, where we own and operate several printing presses and thermography units. And it is there, that our expert press operators are able to product the finest quality thermography » Glossary and lithography » Glossary print. We also offer printed products from several 3rd party vendors who share our commitment to produce the highest possible print quality.

Q Do any of your invitations require extra postage?

A Yes, all square cards require extra postage. Some wedding invitation sets, with all of its inserts and envelopes, require extra postage. Weigh an assembled and sealed set at your local post office for the correct postage rate.

Q Do you offer samples?

A To keep costs to you down, a free sample of our products is not presently an offering. However, we‘ve spent much time authoring detailed descriptions of the products online so that the 2 dimensional object you see on screen is more easily visualized. Our largest zoom also gives you a very good look at the details of the items. Still, if you feel you cannot invest in the purchase of an item without seeing it in person first, please contact us and we can arrange for a sample purchase.

Q Can I buy blank stock and print it myself?

A Sure. The price for an item on the product detail page is for unprinted stock. When ordering, simply select Unprinted as your Printing Method. We, of course, can only guarantee the quality of our printing.

Q If I see something in one of your stores, can I order it online?

A Yes. It is our goal to make our website an additional, albeit virtual, store location, carrying every item that our stores carry. If the item you saw in the store is not on the site yet, please contact us and we’ll gladly locate it for you.

Q Do you print on napkins?

A Yes, we do offer personalized napkins. In fact, we have several options … lines of print, monogram, embossing, foil and ink stamping, custom art, etc. Our plan is to include personalized napkins in our product offerings soon. Until then, please contact us for more information on printed napkins.

Q Do you offer engraving » Glossary, embossing » Glossary or letterpress » Glossary ?

A Yes, Paper Affair can have your invitations, announcements or stationery personalized in the fine processes of engraving, embossing and letterpress. Many of our products online indeed have the option of these printing methods. To hone in on those products, type the method you wish to use in Speed Shop.

Q Do you gift wrap?

A Gladly. Our signature “wrap” includes a kraft box, lined with ivory and gold logo tissue accented with a hand-tied sage green double face satin ribbon. A personalized message may be printed on a gift card and included inside the box. This optional finishing touch on your gift is available for most items at $2.25 per gift. Some of our gifts do not fit into our kraft boxes or are best shipped in a different presentation. Oversize items that do not fit into a kraft gift box arrive carefully packed and presented with a gift card.
