Cancellations

We do our very best at Paper Affair to get orders out to you as quickly as possible, so if you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us via e-mail, Live Help or phone immediately.

If personalization was not requested and the product has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel the order and refund your payment.

If the order you wish to cancel is for personalized items we must determine what stage the order is in at the time the cancel is requested. Since orders get processed immediately, you may, unfortunately, incur a cancellation fee.

For canceled orders in which a proof has been produced, all monies less $30 will be refunded to you. For canceled orders in which a proof has been approved and therefore has moved into production, all monies less $60 will be refunded to you. For personalized orders that have been completed, cancellations and refunds are not possible. Full payment for the order will be retained and you will, in turn, receive the finished product.
