Our first store opened its doors in 1984, the unique vision of its original two employees, Mark and Paul Wegener (brothers and still owners), in Roswell, Georgia as a party supply and gift store with the heart of the business in people. We dedicated ourselves to understanding the customer's wants and needs and surpassing their expectations with quality, expertise and thoughtful service that is uniquely Paper Affair's.

We presently own and operate 6 successful retail stores in Atlanta where we mold, hone and sharpen our selection, skills and service. We are physically face to face with you, our customers, each and every day and through those experiences, understand what it takes to make you happy. We are as committed today as we were two decades ago, to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Yes, we are the original! And we promise we will continue to meet the needs of our established clientele as well the new friends we are sure to amass through this medium, yet another arm of our ever-expanding organization.
